3 Easy Ways to Order:
1. You can simply email your text with any specific instructions to invitations123@gmail.com. We do not need a deposit and there is no obligation. Only once the proof is approved will we ask for a deposit in order to get the printing process rolling.
2. You can send us your order via our website. You can skip the credit card info for now if you do not wish to make any payment at this point. Again, only once the proof is approved will we ask for a deposit in order to get the printing process rolling.
3. You can find an old invitation around the house and mark it up or scribble your info on any sheet of paper and text it to 347-996-2845.
Suppose I do not see a font or layout that I like on your website?
Even if the font or layout do not display on our site we can probably match it. Please send it to us for a free sample of what we can provide.
What if I do not like how the proof looks?
First let me assure you that unless you signed off on the proofs and gave your approval for printing that there is no obligation to accept our proofs. More so, feel free to guide us with your personal instructions as to what you have in mind. I believe that our talented designers will be able to recreate your proof so that you truly love it.
What if I like the paper size or quality of one invitation but the layout of another invitation.
No worries here. We can adapt any layout or font that you see on our site or that you may suggest to any invitation item you wish to order.
How long will it take to get my invitations?
We work quickly. You will usually get a proof in 24 – 48 hours. Sooner if the occasion is very soon. Once the proof is approved we print within a few days. Again, sooner if the occasion is very soon.
Can you print a monogram that I send you?
 If the artwork is camera-ready (meaning the quality is ready for print) then you can send it to us. There is no uncharge to use your artwork.
What if my monogram needs to be touched up?
 If your artwork needs work I would recommend sending us your file or a scan if the artwork is hand drawn. Sometimes we can touch it up here at no cost and sometimes we employ a designer to touch it up. We have access to designers that are low cost. We will let you know if there is a uncharge to your artwork before we do anything.
Why are some invitations priced higher and some lower?
If you look at the description you will notice that the invitation paper size may differ and the quality of the paper may be
listed as a different type as well. Also some invitations are printed on only one side of the sheet and some on both sides.
Some are printed in all black and sometimes color is added. All these details will effect the price.
I am not ready to commit. Can you show me how my invitation might look so I have it handy when I am ready to order?
Absolutely. Please send us any info you have on hand and any instructions you would like us to follow. It is okay if you do not have all the details at this point. I will leave space for those details to be inserted when they become available. There is no obligation to request this.
Should I send you the exact text for my son’s Bar Mitzvah invitations?
Some of our customer prefer to send us their exact wording that we will set up on the style they select. Other customers prefer to send us just the necessary information and ask us to add the rest of the wording. We are always happy to set up the wording for our customers based on the details they supply. Oftentimes we do two or three ideas so they can visualize what appeals to them.
What information should I prepare to send you for my son’s Bar Mitzvah invitations?
Please send us your son’s full Hebrew name and the name he is called by for the English text. We also need the names of all parties signing off – parents, and if you would like to add, also grandparents. You can send this in either Hebrew text or English text or request that we print the names in both Hebrew and English. We need the date, the name of the hall, and the time. Feel free to add any other information you feel will be helpful for your guests to know when and where to come to share in your Simcha.
I am in the process of setting up my Jewish wedding invitations. What information do I need to send you so you can prepare the proof?
If the parents are issuing the invitation we will always need the names of the Chosson and Kallah and the parents’ names. If the Chosson and Kallah are issuing the invitation we would still like to mention the parents if it can be done. We can guide you on this. Regarding printing the names in both the Hebrew and the English language that will depend on how much Hebrew text or English text you wish to use in your invitation. Again, we can guide you here. In addition we will need to know the date, the time of the Reception, the time of the Chuppah, and if you would like to add, then also the time for the Simchas Chosson V’Kallah. Please also send us the name and address of the hall where the event will take place.
Do I need to send you the complete wording for our Jewish Wedding invitations?
If you prefer you can send us the exact wording you would like for your invitations. However, if you wish you can simply send us the details and request that we use a suitable format of text that will work with the information provided. We will be happy to set the complete text for you for your review.
