Invitations can be designed in any format you prefer, as long as you print only on the pages shown. Usually two sides, the cover and the inside. One side for cards.

examples of invitation format changes are:

Placing the English text on the cover as opposed to the monogram or hebrew text as shown.

Placing text horizontally rather than vertically and vica versa

A monogram can be added where none is shown
